AUTENTIČNO LIDERSTVO ZA PODUZETNIKE

Kompleksnost okoline, povećana neizvjesnost i žestina promjena zahtijevaju drukčiji kapacitet liderstva nego što nude tradicionalni upravljački modeli. Potreban je novi tip lidera, koji može reagirati kreativno i učinkovito u toku promjene, koristeći se metodama osnaživanja, delegiranja i timskog djelovanja. Takav lider razumije kompleksnost i traži prilike za partnerske odnose s pojedincima i grupama radi rješavanja organizacijskih i društvenih problema, stvarajući pri tome učeću organizaciju koja se inovira i obnavlja.
Ciljevi kolegija
Kultiviranjem svjesnosti vlastitih mogućnosti, samopouzdanjem i vježbanjem učinkovitih metoda za unapređenje angažiranosti s drugim osobama, studenti će povećati svoju sposobnost kreativnog i učinkovitog djelovanja u vođenju promjena, koristeći se vještinama i emocionalnom inteligencijom. Način rada ohrabruje studente.
